This trail is part of the Trans Canada Trail. Once completed the Trans Canada Trail will link the whole country and will connect the Atlantic, Pacific and Arctic coasts.
The trail is along roads which starts at the Manawagonish road and ends at Rockwood Park. Along the route you can stop at the Reversing Falls Lookout, the Red Rose tea house and of course continue to the trails in Rockwood Park.
